Frequently Ask Questions

We've chosen a welcoming, comfortable venue that's well suited to parents and babies. There is free parking on site, baby changing facilities available, and the venue is buggy and pram friendly. Full venue details, directions and parking information will be sent to you before the course begins.

Yes. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available at each session. There's also a lovely café/restaurant on site, making it the perfect place to grab a coffee, enjoy some food, or continue chatting with other parents after the session if you'd like to.

Our groups are designed for the person who is pregnant or navigating early parenthood. Some sessions or special events may include partners, and we'll always make it clear when that's the case.

Each session includes a relaxed mix of conversation, practical information, connection and support. There may be a topic or activity to explore, and on certain weeks we will have local professionals attending to provide you with some tips. There's no pressure and plenty of time for chatting, asking questions and getting to know other parents.

As places are limited and reserved in advance, we aren't able to offer refunds for missed sessions. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details on cancellations and transfers.

Not at all. Some people love sharing, while others prefer to listen and take things in. Both are absolutely fine. You're welcome to join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.

Parenthood can bring up all sorts of emotions, and you don't need to hide that here. Our groups are run by experienced doulas who understand the ups and downs that can come with this stage of life. We'll do our best to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can simply be yourself. If you need a moment, that's okay too.

Absolutely. Many people come along without knowing anyone else. One of the lovely things about the group is meeting other local parents who are navigating a similar stage of life.

That's completely expected. Babies are welcome to be babies here. Feel free to feed, cuddle, change, rock or settle your little one whenever they need you. There's no need to apologise or step out unless you'd prefer to.
